PAYMENT

All our prices are for overnight stays including breakfast, excluding tourist tax. To confirm your reservation, we ask a 30% deposit by bank transfer within 4 days after the reservation request. The invoice for room, food & drinks and tourist tax (minus the deposit) can be paid at check-out. We accept cash and instant bank transfer. 

MINIMUM STAY

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation 7 days before arrival: refund of the full deposit.

Within 7 days before arrival: no refund of the deposit.

NON-SMOKING

We have a non-smoking policy. Smoking in the house, in the garden or on the terrace is not accepted. There is a designated area in front of the house. 

ACCESSIBILITY

Unfortunately, our house is not accessible for those using a wheelchair. The bedrooms, common room, and the terrace are only accessible by stairs.

DOGS

Dogs are not allowed in the chambres d’hôtes. 

LIABILITY CLAIMS

Le nouveau printemps is not liable to claims of theft or damage or loss of goods that are in the chambres d’hôtes or at the parking place. You are responsible for your own belongings at all times.

HOUSE RULES

We live in a village, and we care about our neighbors. The house is shared with other guests and therefore we ask you to be whisper quiet on the terraces and in the house between 22:30-07:00.
